1. General Principle
Refund eligibility depends on the service, billing cycle, usage and the terms displayed during checkout. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
2. Eligible Hosting Services
First-time purchases of specifically marked shared or WordPress hosting plans may qualify for the money-back period shown on the product page or WHMCS checkout. Renewal payments, upgrades, add-ons and previously refunded accounts are generally excluded unless required by law.
3. Non-refundable Items
- Domain registrations, renewals, transfers and redemption fees.
- VPS, dedicated resources, licenses and third-party software.
- Setup, migration or administrative fees already performed.
- Taxes, payment processing costs and usage-based charges where permitted.
- Services suspended or terminated for policy violations.
4. Domain Charges
Domain transactions are typically committed to the registry immediately and are therefore non-refundable. If a bundled domain was provided with hosting, its applicable registration value may be deducted from an approved hosting refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
Open a billing ticket from the WHMCS Client Area before the applicable eligibility window closes. Include the service, invoice and reason for the request. Do not initiate a payment dispute before allowing support to review the matter.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are returned, where possible, to the original payment method. Bank, card network and payment provider processing periods are outside Hosting Dada’s control. Account credit may be offered where a direct reversal is unavailable or by agreement.
7. Cancellations
Cancelling a service prevents future renewal where processed in time but does not automatically create a refund. Download required data before the termination date; deleted service data may not be recoverable.
