2. Prohibited Content and Activity

  • Fraud, impersonation, scams or deceptive commercial practices.
  • Content that unlawfully infringes copyright, trademark or privacy rights.
  • Exploitation, abuse or any content prohibited by applicable law.
  • Systems designed to attack, disrupt, scan or compromise third parties without authorization.

3. Spam and Messaging

Unsolicited bulk email, purchased mailing lists, forged headers and messages that violate applicable anti-spam rules are prohibited. Users must maintain permission records and functional unsubscribe mechanisms where required.

4. Network and Resource Abuse

Activities that materially degrade shared resources, evade limits, interfere with monitoring or threaten network stability are prohibited. Resource-intensive workloads may require an upgrade or a more suitable service.

5. Security Responsibilities

You must maintain secure credentials, current software and reasonable safeguards. Open proxies, compromised scripts and vulnerable applications may be restricted when they create risk.

6. Copyright and Complaints

Valid infringement or abuse notices should identify the affected material, location, rights or policy involved and reliable contact details. We may forward relevant portions to the customer for response.

7. Enforcement

Depending on severity, action may include notice, content removal, rate limiting, service suspension or termination. Immediate action may be taken for active attacks, serious legal risk or threats to users and infrastructure.

8. Reporting Abuse

Report suspected misuse through the Contact page. Include URLs, timestamps, logs and any other evidence that helps the team investigate.
